There are two huge Georgian windows with the original shutters over-looking
the sea, so whether you are just relaxing or having a meal, you can watch the water. There is a huge marble fire place with
a working gas fire so theres no work attached and gas fired central heating throughout which warms up the apartment in minutes! There
are two lovely glass chandeliers and a cream sofabed sleeping two people.
All essentials are in the new kitchen area: shiney new kitchen units, microwave,
oven, fridge with freezer section etc all built in to the original arch
Seashells is on the ground floor so there are only 5 steps to negotiate
with the buckets and spades to reach the front door! Parking is on the doorstep!

Seashells is part of the original Georgian terrace overlooking the sea with
the pier and shopping centre only a 5 minute stroll away
The huge leather corner sofa is amazingly comfortable. Watch tv or swing
the pouffe round to square it up and you have an fantastic and extremely comfortable additional sleeping spot next to the
sea! Its a great place for that romantic weekend away from it all. Cuddle up and fall asleep to the sound of the sea!!
The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bath with powerful shower, perfect to relax
in after a hard day sunbathing on the beach or an out-of-season stroll to the Naze!
And just in front of you, the perfect place to go crabbing - you just need
a bit of bacon rind and a small child to justify the chase!! Or you could bring your fishing lines and do a little night
fishing! Or maybe you would rather play a round of golf just a few minutes drive away, take a trip on a boat to see
the seals, or go for a swim and join the kids on the water slide just 3 minutes walk from the apartment!
